YOUR INFORMATION. HANDLED WITH CARE.
Privacy policy.
Last updated:
This policy explains how RVP Systems (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information on our website and in TemprGo, our installer application.
1. Scope and definitions
“Personal information” means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you. “Services” means the RVP Systems website and TemprGo. “Service providers” are companies that process information on our behalf.
TemprGo supports installation work performed for customers. If you use it through your employer or another business, that organization also manages job and customer records under its own policies. For information it controls, you may contact that organization directly or ask us to help direct your request.
2. Information we collect
- Contact and account information: information provided when accessing our services, contacting us, or communicating about a job. Our website inquiry form collects your name, email address, selected service, and message.
- Installer location: TemprGo collects installer device location through device location services, subject to the permission granted, to support job coordination and installation service delivery. Location may be precise depending on your device settings.
- Customer property photos: TemprGo collects photos installers capture or upload to document customer properties and installation work. Photos may reveal a property’s appearance, belongings, or other personal details visible in the image.
- Payment information: when a payment is collected through TemprGo, payment details are provided to the payment processing service. Associated transaction information, such as the amount, status, and payment reference, is used to record and reconcile the payment with the customer’s job.
- Technical information: our infrastructure may record IP addresses, browser or device information, request times, and error or security logs needed to operate and protect the services. These operational records are separate from analytics; TemprGo does not use analytics.
Please include only information needed for your inquiry or installation work. Do not submit card details or passwords through our website contact form or include them in property photos.
3. How we use information
We use contact and account information to provide access, answer inquiries, and support users. Installer locations support coordination of installation work. Property photos document site conditions, installation progress, and completed work. Payment information enables payment collection, confirmation, reconciliation, and handling of payment disputes.
We also use necessary information to maintain the services, investigate errors, prevent fraud or abuse, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We do not use TemprGo information for analytics or targeted advertising.
4. Device permissions and cookies
TemprGo uses device permissions for features such as location access and taking or selecting photos. You can allow, limit, or revoke these permissions in your device settings, including the location accuracy and access level your device permits. A feature may be unavailable when its required permission is disabled.
Revoking permission stops future access governed by that permission; it does not automatically delete information already submitted. Use the privacy request process below to request deletion.
Our website uses cookies and sessions for security, form submission, and retaining form input or status messages between requests. You can control cookies in your browser, although disabling them may prevent the contact form from working. The website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.
5. When we share information
Job-related information, including installer locations, property photos, and payment records, is available to authorized people in the business managing the installation as needed to coordinate and administer that work.
We share information with providers that host our services, deliver communications, and process payments as needed for those functions. Third parties receiving user information must provide the same or an equivalent level of protection as this policy and applicable law. Providers acting on our behalf may use information only to deliver their services to us. Payment processors may also handle information to meet their own fraud-prevention and legal obligations.
We may disclose information to comply with law or valid legal requests, protect rights and safety, or investigate abuse. A merger, acquisition, or business transfer may involve personal information; we will give notice before it becomes subject to a different privacy policy. We may also share information at your direction or with your consent. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. Contact correspondence is retained to handle inquiries and ongoing business relationships. Account and job records, including location information and property photos, are retained as needed to provide installation services, support completed work, and resolve service issues. Payment records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal requirements.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying details. Backup copies may remain until the backups are replaced or expire. If we must retain certain information after a deletion request for legal obligations or a legitimate unresolved dispute, we will explain the reason and limit its use to that purpose.
7. Your choices and privacy requests
You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, including your TemprGo account and associated information, through our contact form. Select “Something else,” include “Privacy request” in your message, and identify the service and business involved. Do not include your password or full payment card details. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
If your organization controls the relevant records, we will direct or assist your request with that organization. Deleting an app from your device does not itself delete account or job records held by the service.
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it by contacting us. You can also revoke device permissions in your device settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already occurred, and disabling access may prevent related features from working.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to obtain a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, appeal a privacy decision by contacting us, or complain to a privacy authority. We handle requests as required by applicable law.
8. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee complete security.
Information may be processed where we or our providers operate, including the United States. Privacy laws may differ from those where you live. We use legally required safeguards for international transfers.
9. Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adult users, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
10. Other services and policy changes
External websites and independently operated services have their own privacy policies. Review their notices before providing information.
We will post revisions to this policy here and update the date above. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required and obtain consent for new processing when required by applicable law.
11. Contact RVP Systems
For questions about this policy or privacy requests concerning RVP Systems or TemprGo, use our contact form. Include “Privacy request” and the name of the service in your message so we can route it appropriately.
